Biden ends 2024 Campaign under a Capricorn Full Moon

With Saturn-ruled Capricorn as the sign of government, law, and business, here's a bi-wheel view of Joe Biden's natal chart (inner) and the Full Moon of July 21, 2024 under which the President announced his step-down from the 2024 Campaign for re-election and his subsequent passing the baton of championing democracy to VP Kamala Harris who will announce her VP running mate in a few days:

Astrologically speaking, the cosmic conditions shown in the chart above resonate with President Biden's selfless turn way from the powerful Office of the US Presidency in a similar manner to that of President George Washington because the July 21st Full Moon cast a bright spotlight upon America's 1776 Pluto in Capricorn. Not only this, but as you know, Full Moons signal a phase of completion.

Then according to astrologer Michael Munkasey, as a midpoint picture the Sun-Moon-Pluto trio may be read as: "making startling new plans"!

Well, given most reactions of surprise, even shock, over Joe Biden's decision that day, I must say that "startling" certainly describes the circumstances, wouldn't you?
